Raw Cashews

(Not Sprouted)

Technically, cashews are never raw. Apparently, they endure a high temperature steaming process to get them to an edible state, during which time the enzymes are destroyed. Therefore, soaking them (to liberate the enzymes) is pointless. You, however, may like to soak and dry them, to give them a crunchy texture but nutritionally, it's not necessary to do so.

These nuts are excellent to use in your own recipes and can be eaten by the handfuls, packed in your lunch, taken on hikes, bike rides, flights, cruises, drives, and any other journey you can imagine. They contain no salt, no sugar, and no preservatives.

Our cashews are grown on the Ivory Coast.
