Organic Sprouted Filberts
These sprouted hazelnuts have a nice, crunchy texture that is less oily than a roasted hazelnut. They've been soaked in purified water, then gently dried at low temperatures which preserves the enzymes that are otherwise destroyed in a roasted nut.
Grind up your own vegan Nutella by food processing them with some cacao powder and some dates or coconut sugar and a pinch of salt!
